Writing a bio is a chance for the audience to get to know you and your qualifications for your participation in the event.
It should be a well developed paragraph, highlighting your accomplishments. While a formal essay requires you to be general in your opening, you should frame your bio like a news article, where you highlight the most important things first.
Be clear and concise, and make it interesting.
Read these articles/samples before writing:
I also have past programs in the classroom for you to read over.
PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR BIO, TYPED, IN A GOOGLE DOC. SHARE IT WITH firstname.lastname@example.org
Good luck! Enjoy!
